Happold Consulting initially worked with Somerset County Council on a best value review. Following the successful completion of the review, we were appointed to design and project manage changes to internal and external working arrangements for the delivery of property maintenance.

Once the changes had been fully implemented we reviewed their impact; analysing the efficiencies achieved and the level of integration between the authority’s front and back office services with external service providers. As part of this process, we reviewed the authority’s IT system, and produced technical, procedural and training recommendations to maximise efficiencies.
