Transportation Service ISO 9001 and ISO18001 Accreditation

Happold Consulting assisted the Council’s Transportation Service to achieve ISO 9001 Quality Management and 1SO 18001 Health & Safety Accreditation.

With relatively few measures already in place, we identified, produced and implemented a series of key procedures that defined efficient working practices in Brent.  This process has helped to transform services by cutting out waste and removing duplication of effort.  We developed training for staff on the new process, undertook management reviews and audits and managed the final accreditation.
