Market Research and Analysis

Understanding the world in which you operate is critical whether you are a local authority trying to assess your performance levels, a housing association trying to understand your tenants’ housing needs or a retailer trying to understand your customers’ buying habits.

Undertaking market research and analysis will enable you to gain a better understanding of your situation.  It will allow you to develop appropriate and targeted strategies to deal with any issues, identify and fill gaps in the market, provide new services or simply enhance the services that you currently offer.

We can help you to develop your research objectives and define the exact outcomes that you are trying to achieve.  We will also advise you on what you can realistically do within your budget and time constraints.

The analysis we undertake will be entirely dependent on your objectives.  We could use advanced statistical techniques to segment your data, or we could build you a model to determine likely future behaviour.  But equally, we could simply profile the data and provide you with a set of tables and charts.
