Andrew holds a Masters degree in construction law and is an expert in drafting contract conditions, specifications and payment mechanisms. In his role, he acts on behalf of clients during the negotiation process to ensure the partnership ethos is captured in measurable contract conditions. Andrew is experienced in advising clients on the procurement of services in construction, maintenance and streetscene. This includes professional services, capital works projects and repair / maintenance regimes for property and highways services. Before joining Buro Happold, Andrew worked on major infrastructure projects including the Channel Tunnel, the Jubilee Line Extension and Kuala Lumpur’s Light Rapid Transport System.
